The Embodied Academy coaching certification training * self-paced *

 
 

The *self-paced* experience of The Embodied Coach Academy has the same content as ECA live, but you are not bound to certain training times. Instead, you can start working through the content immediately and step-by-step at your own pace, whenever you want.

Included are weekly live calls that you must attend a total of to master the techniques you are learning. The topics of the practice calls rotate every 3 months so that you can join the calls at your own pace. There will be monthly Embodiment Calls with one of your mentors, either Laura or Cara. In addition, we have a Facebook community of fellow students that you can connect with.

Coaching Material

15 hours of pre-study coaching material that you get access to immediately that helps you get familiar with all techniques, and also allows you to level up your mindset & frequency, release any doubts and step into the most powerful version of you.

 

Weekly Live Practice Sessions

Not only will you learn powerful skills to support your clients, but you will also have heaps of time to practice and nail your coaching technique. During our weekly live Technique Mastery Calls with your trainer Hema, you will get the opportunity to practice the different techniques you learn on fellow students and also get coached yourself.

 

18 Months Access

While the self-paced training is created in a way that you can graduate within a matter of 4 months, we give you 18 months of access to the platform. Hence, if you need longer to complete the training, you do not need to stress, as the training schedule is flexible. The 18 months of access also allows you to continue to refresh your learnings at any time and get to benefit from all further upgrades of the platform.

WHEN DOES THE TRAINING TAKE PLACE? 

The self-paced experience is available now! You get immediate access to the pre-study after signing up for the self-paced course and will be a certified coach after working through the entire training material and attending our weekly live calls for the 15 techniques we teach inside of ECA, as well as by submitting the test at the end.

 

HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE TRAINING TAKE?

The pre-study includes about 15 hours of training material.

The core of the self-paced training also includes the recordings of our first live training, which consists of 9 lessons that vary in length from anything between 2 and 5 hours. Further, we recommend an additional 60 minutes of solo integration + reflection time after each completed session. You are also required to attend practice calls for all the NLP techniques as well as a minimum of four embodiment calls, which are held monthly. In addition, you need to complete 10 hours of independent coaching. If you go all-in on The Embodied Coach Academy *self-paced* experience, you can graduate within 4 months time at the earliest, as you want to fulfil the requirement of attending all the calls that are listed in the Graduation Roadmap.

The best part about the self-paced experience? You don’t have to worry about being busy since it is a self-paced training; you get to choose when and how quickly you go through each chapter.

HOW IS THE TRAINING DELIVERED?

When you purchase The Embodied Coach Academy * self-paced * experience, you get immediate access to the pre-study materials. As you go through each lesson, you get to unlock the next. The pre-study consists of video and audio lessons, as well as PDF worksheets. You will have 18 months to complete the training; after that, you can extend your access to the platform for another 12 months for a small fee of $222 USD.

 
 

IS THIS CERTIFICATION SUPPORTED BY ANY OFFICIAL INSTITUTION?

At the moment, we are not working with any official institution as none of them felt deeply aligned with us. However, we are absolutely confident that the training, skills and knowledge you will receive from us will give you absolutely everything you need to become a highly skilled, embodied coach who runs a successful coaching business.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO OTHER CERTIFICATIONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE? 

We offer similar modalities such as NLP, Hypnosis, EFT, Time Transformation Techniques and Life Coaching; however, we have a different approach to how we teach our program. We are focused on holistic, embodied & intuitive coaching, and include modules on personal branding, business, self-healing and energy work.

Recordings of live sessions with Laura & Cara teaching you The Embodied Coach Academy Signature Method

Weekly live practice sessions for the techniques you learned prior, in which our Trainer Hema facilities break-out rooms for you. The calls will be dedicated to different techniques each week. You are required to attend one call for each technique which you can do at your own pace. In total, there will be 15 different technique mastery calls to attend.

Monthly Embodiment Calls - Laura & Cara will host monthly live calls to work with you on inner work, energy alignment and embodiment of which you have to attend a minimum of 4.

Requirement of 10 hours of independent coaching & submission of reflection forms. You see, we truly care about your transformation & success, and getting in the practice is a big part of allowing you to feel confident as a coach. You will be able to do this with the other women who participate in the training, or with friends and family.

We are dedicated to your success, no matter if you join the self-paced course or the live training. When Cara and I created this coaching certification program, we knew one thing for sure: We won’t sell empty promises. This is why the *self-paced* experience consists of SO much more than the content that you get to access on the ECA platform.

One BIG difference is: the self-paced experience requires more self-accountability from you. This is also why we highly encourage you to use the Facebook group and connect with other students.
