Nele's Success Story

When Nele joined FAS, she was finishing her master's degree and was working as a remote partner manager for a start-up. She spent her uni breaks living in Bali and was constantly learning and expanding her knowledge on the things she was passionate about.
When she applied for Free Abundant Self, she knew she had to start showing up for herself in order to create her best life – living freely and authentically, away from the 9-5 life that had always been suggested to her.
From the outside, it looked like she was doing *exactly* that, living life on her own terms, studying something that was in alignment with her passions, working remotely, and doing all the things she loved in dreamy places.
But on the inside, she was worried about doing things wrong and making the wrong decisions. She was worried about having to invest ALL her time into growing and working in order to get where she wanted to be. She was worried she wasn’t enough.
When Nele joined FAS in November 2020, she worked 7 days a week.
She never took breaks and never stopped working – even when she was ill and having anxiety attacks.
She didn’t know how to take care of herself, & she also didn’t know the importance of doing so.
She was trapped in exhaustion. Consumed by the fear of not doing enough and not being enough.
When she joined FAS, she was looking for direction
As she put it; "I put everything above my own wellbeing. I just felt like I desperately needed a change, so I took the leap (which scared the hell out of me).” Through FAS, she was handed the tools she needed to connect more with herself and gain the confidence to let go of her fears of not being enough.
Nele absorbed everything that FAS had to teach her:
Mindset Mastery: She realised that she first had to take care of her mindset in order to heal her body. She implemented self-care rituals that drastically reduced her stress levels and improved her health. Today, she doesn’t work harder… she works smarter. By taking regular breaks and connecting with herself, she has been able to let go of procrastination, get things done faster + with more ease, as well as enjoy her work much more.
Confidence: By taking the time to learn about herself, Nele now knows herself better and has built strong confidence in herself, her abilities and her decision-making. She trusts herself and knows that her goals are 111% achievable and that she is absolutely worthy of getting everything she wants out of life.
Manifestation: The manifestation tools that FAS handed her allowed her to manifest her absolute dream job - one that allows her to continue working remotely while still having plenty of time for her own projects. She was also able to heal her mind and body, which has given her more energy to be able to do more of what she loves.
Lifestyle Design: By reading Nele's success story, you’ve probably guessed that she mastered the last pillar of Free Abundant Self too. When she joined FAS, she was trying to design the life she aspired to live… but was lacking the tools, mindset hacks, knowledge, accountability and support to do so. By applying everything she learnt throughout the program, she was able to start prioritising herself and her own needs.
Through the holistic approach of FAS, she was able to improve not only her mindset but also her physical health and her entire reality.
Nele's results speak for themselves… here’s how she did it:
→ She implemented conscious ‘off’ times.
→ She created rituals that calm & ground her.
→ She started listening to what her body was telling her.
→ She stopped stressing about the things she cannot control.
→ She took the time to re-connect with herself.
→ She started saying yes to herself.
→ She showed up to the group coaching calls.
→ She was active in the group chat.
→ She did her homework.
She absorbed everything that FAS had to teach her, and then she implemented it into her own life.
And one of the most impressive things about Nele's story is that despite working LESS…
... she now gets MORE done!
Nele went from working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week - to working 5 days a week for 6-8 hours a day and is still crushing all her professional goals.
She finally has the clarity, time & energy to prioritise herself over her work.
