When an unexpected and very difficult challenge hit me late last year, I knew I needed someone neutral that I could trust, non-judgmental and with a mature, considered and trained approach to the matter. I knew immediately that Laura would be the right person to support me . I opted for 1:1 coaching and it was the best decision I could've made. She was my outlet for emotions and my wise accountability partner and advisor. The 3-month mentorship also allowed me to gain different perspectives and approaches to the challenging situation I was facing. I've made some important progress in those 3 months and I'm excited for my next steps. I'm still on my journey, but I'm in a better and more stable position than a few months ago and I have the tools and confidence I need to move on.
